Sourcing & contract representation

Your representative at the factory gate.

VITA for Trading stands between importers and manufacturers. We find verified suppliers, put you in a direct contract with them, and guarantee three things that decide every deal: product quality, secure payment, and delivery on time.

01 — Services

Everything between your order and your warehouse.

We act as your consultant and your intermediary — never as a reseller. You always see the real factory and the real price.

Supplier search & factory audit

We search the market for manufacturers that actually match your specification, then verify them: legal registration, production capacity, certificates, references and real output.

Direct contracts, no markup

The contract is signed between you and the factory. We do not resell goods and take no hidden margin on the price — our fee is agreed with you in advance.

Quality control & inspection

Agreed specification, samples approved before production, in-line checks, and a pre-shipment inspection with a report and photos. Nothing ships until it matches the contract.

Payment structuring

We build the payment schedule so your money is protected: letters of credit, escrow, staged payments tied to inspection results — never a full prepayment to an unverified party.

Delivery & logistics control

Incoterms chosen with you, shipping booked, documents checked, and production milestones tracked so the delivery date in the contract is the date you actually receive the goods.

Contract support & disputes

We help draft and negotiate the agreement — quality clauses, penalties, warranty, arbitration — and we stay with you after signature if anything needs to be resolved.

02 — Our guarantees

Three risks. Three guarantees.

Almost every failed import deal fails in one of three places. We put each of them into the contract in writing — not into a promise.

Product quality

The specification is fixed in the contract, and the goods are checked against it before they leave the factory.

  • Written technical specification agreed by both sides
  • Reference sample approved before mass production
  • Pre-shipment inspection with report & photos
  • Rejection and replacement clauses in the contract

Payment security

Your money moves only against results. We structure the payment so no stage is paid before it is delivered.

  • Letter of credit, escrow or staged payments
  • Balance released only after successful inspection
  • Bank details verified against company registration
  • No full prepayment to an unverified supplier

Delivery time

A date that is monitored, not hoped for. Production is tracked and delays carry an agreed penalty.

  • Production schedule with milestones we monitor
  • Penalty clause for late shipment
  • Incoterms and shipping agreed before signing
  • Documents checked before the goods depart
03 — How it works

From your request to your warehouse.

Six stages. At every stage you know exactly where your order stands and who is responsible.

01
Request

You tell us what you need

Product, specification, volume, target price and deadline. We turn it into a clear sourcing brief and confirm whether it is realistic.

02
Search

We find and audit the factories

We shortlist manufacturers, verify their registration, capacity and certificates, and collect quotations on identical terms so you can compare them honestly.

03
Samples

Samples and price approval

You receive samples and a full cost breakdown — goods, packaging, logistics, duties — before anyone commits to anything.

04
Contract

Direct contract, signed with protection

We negotiate and draft the agreement between you and the factory: quality, payment schedule, delivery date, penalties, warranty and dispute resolution.

05
Production

Production control & inspection

We monitor the production schedule and inspect the goods before shipment. You receive a report with photos and approve the release.

06
Delivery

Shipment and handover

Shipping, documents and customs paperwork are checked and tracked until the goods reach you. We remain available for claims and repeat orders.

04 — Sectors

Any product. Any type of contract.

The method does not change with the product: verify the supplier, fix the terms, control the quality, protect the payment, hold the delivery date. If you buy it, we can represent you.

05 — Questions

Before you write to us

Are you a reseller or a trading company that marks up the price?
No. We are a consultant and an intermediary. The contract is signed directly between you and the manufacturer, you see the factory price, and our fee is agreed with you separately and in advance.
How exactly do you guarantee quality?
Quality is defined in the contract as a written specification and an approved reference sample. Before shipment we inspect the goods against that specification and send you a report with photos. If the goods do not match, the contract gives you the right to reject, replace or claim compensation — and we support the claim.
How is my payment protected?
We never recommend a full prepayment to a supplier you have not worked with. Depending on the deal we use a letter of credit, escrow, or staged payments where the balance is released only after a successful inspection. We also verify the supplier's bank details against their company registration.
What happens if the factory is late?
The delivery date and a penalty for lateness are written into the contract before signing. During production we track milestones, so a delay is identified early rather than on the shipping date — and you are informed immediately.
How do you charge for your work?
Usually a service fee for the sourcing and audit stage plus an agreed commission on a concluded contract. Everything is fixed in writing before we start, and we take no margin on the price of the goods. [Insert your exact fee structure here.]
Do you work with Russian and CIS importers?
Yes. We work in Russian and English, prepare documents for both sides, and take into account customs requirements, certification and payment routes relevant to your market.
